Continuing a tradition, The Secret is a fresh fruity wine exhibiting white peach, citrus and almond characters with subtle floral notes to the nose. On the palate it has a fine acidity and a stony feel with stone fruit, apple and a touch green olive. With bottle-age it develops a beautiful toast and honey appeal and shows the capacity to stay long in the mouth, closing to a flinty finish.

The grapes are sourced from our purely rain-grown and north facing vineyard. Plenty of sunshine allows an early harvest.

Drink now to 2020. Later vintages are also available, these too have the capacity for bottle aging, however for those of us with little forbearance, they are ready to drink now.
