Tom’s Folly is a special edition wine selected from different fruit parcels during our best vintages.

The 2018 Tom’s Folly was selected from our coolest vineyard; late harvested, rested on skins during wild fermentation and gently whole bunch pressed.

This is a rich fruity Pinot Rosé with strong cherry and almond character that appeals to traditional red wine drinkers.
